    Cancellation before 45 days prior to arrival:
    No Charge
    Between 45 to 21 days prior to arrival:
    40% of the total tour price.
    Between 20 to 10 days prior to arrival:
    75% of the total tour price.
    Less than 10 days before arrival:
    100% of the total tour price.


    Payment Terms

    Deposit is based on per person basis. Full payment 45 days before departure or as required by the hotel due to seasonality. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.
    If booking is less than 30 days before departure, we will collect full payment upon booking.
    In the event we are unable to confirm your booking, we will refund your deposit in full Or you may request for an alternative date or hotel.
